The minimum rental duration is 7 days. Rentals are available weekly or month-to-month, with extensions subject to manual approval.
Drivers must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, proof of address, selfie with ID, and rideshare approval if applicable.
Payment is collected upfront before vehicle release. Rental payments are non-refundable once the vehicle has been picked up.
The security deposit is refunded within 7 business days after vehicle inspection, provided there are no damages, violations, or outstanding fees.
